Sandals offers the most comprehensive scuba diving program in the Caribbean of any all-inclusive resort, where top professional instruction and state-of-the-art equipment are all included. So scuba dive or snorkel to jewel colored reefs and behold exotic fish. Let go and do it all from windsurfing and water-skiing to paddle boating and kayaking... all with infinite abandon.

Non-Certified Guests: For guests who are not certified or would like to scuba for the first time, we offer a resort course. To qualify you must pass a water skill check, meet medical requirements (a sample of the form you must fill at the resort is here) and fill out a liability release. After completing the course will be allowed one tank dive (of approx. 30ft) per day.

Certified Guests: Guests who are certified must show proof of certification, pass a skill evaluation test and meet medical requirements (a sample of the form you must fill at the resort is here). Shallow dive same day.

Instead, you'll enjoy memorable moments at intimate, candlelit tables for two, either indoors or outdoors, with expansive views of the moonlit sea. The ambience is a unique blend of sophistication and opulence that defines the height of elegance by anyone's standards.

Bayside: The Bayside restaurant features à la carte international cuisine served beachfront in a casual setting. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual.

Toscanini's: A classic Italian restaurant with the attention of white glove service. Located on the lower level facing the sea. Reservations are not required. Dress code is elegant - gentlemen are required to wear long pants.

Josephine's: French creperie located poolside. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casually elegant.

Barefoot By The Sea: Specialty restaurant/grill located directly on the beach offering Latin and Caribbean fare. Reservations are required. Dress code is casually elegant.

Olde London Pub: English pub with traditional pub food. Reservations are not required. Dress code is casual.
