With hundreds of thousands of room nights purchased from our hotel suppliers annually, we negotiate our rates based on a projected pooling of our clients' needs. If you're planning a 3 night program projecting 10 participants (10 rooms, 30 room nights), your nightly room rate will be the same as if your group were 2,000 participants (1,000 rooms, 3,000 room nights). A successful meeting or conference involves more than just planning the logistics. It’s just as important to have all of your ducks in a row so the plan comes together.
