With hundreds of thousands of room nights purchased from our hotel suppliers annually, we negotiate our rates based on a projected pooling of our clients' needs. If you're planning a 4 night program projecting 20 participants (10 rooms, 40 room nights), your nightly room rate will be the same as if your group were 2,000 participants (1,000 rooms, 4,000 room nights). When you work with us, you are a part of our substantial buying pool.
